One Health Research Unit under Programme for Emerging Infections, Infectious Diseases Division is conducting research studies and surveillance on zoonotic diseases to detect pathogens, identify risk factors and develop interventions that can be used by the government to control zoonotic diseases.
Brief Description of Position:
The Filed Research Officer reporting to Scientist will be mainly responsible for following duties and responsibilities;
Required qualification and experience:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with Masters (MS) degree in Epidemiology from any recognized university with good academic records At least 3 years of work experience in zoonotic diseases researchLocation: Dhaka.

Contract Type and duration:
Contractual Service Agreement; duration will be 9 months with a possibility of extension subject to availability of fund and performance.Salary & benefits:
Tk 62,895/-per month (consolidated) inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances; Festival bonus, income tax paid by icddr,b and subsidized canteen; Transport and daycare facilities are subject to space availability.Notes of attention:
