Family Support Worker - Tenancy Support

A place to make a difference:

In this full-time, maximum term role (through to end of June 2027, with the possibility of extension), you’ll work as a key contributing member of the TSCF case management team across Darwin and Palmerston. You’ll provide family and child focused support and services to families with children aged 0-18 who are living in social housing and vulnerable tenancy situations, while working with them to respond to crisis, stabilise their tenancy and prevent homelessness.

You’re an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting families within a child centred, strengths-based framework. Importantly, you have a strong understanding of the impact of trauma on children and their families and you’re keenly aware of the additional impacts and barriers experienced by families residing in vulnerable tenancy situations.
