Under the overall supervision of theย Chief of Mission and the Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer (Shelter), the incumbent will support the successful distribution of in-kind SNFI assistance to populations in need throughout Ukraine, while maintaining accountability and upholding humanitarian principles throughout all stages of the NFI distribution process.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of in-kind assistance distributions , including the submission of stock requests, coordination with warehousing and supply chain colleagues; completion of all relevant internal documentation; coordination with community focal points, management of crowds, adherence to best practices for the safe and dignified provision of assistance, and supporting the establishment of community CFM channel.
- Review all open and ongoing requests for assistance and guide supervisees in conducting thorough needs assessments and verifications in accordance with established IOM standards and guidelines.ย
- Produce needs assessment and distribution reports, maintaining accuracy in all report details, including beneficiary needs, assessment findings, verification results, stock requests, internal communications.
- Regularly monitor and update internal request trackers, stock trackers and distribution databases, verifying that updates are accurate and timely.ย
- Coordinate closely with the unit'sย Senior Supply and Logistics Associate (SNFI) and relevant Supply Chain Unitย (SCU) colleagues to track stock availability in relevant warehouses, facilitating adequate coverage for planned responses.ย
- As requested, assist relevant colleagues in post-distribution monitoring activities, including planning and participation for data collection and protection in field locations.
- Assist colleagues, when requested or relevant, in providing training or workshops to internal and external participants.
- Assist colleagues, when relevant or required, ย in attending cluster or partner meetings, trainings or other relevant fora. ย

- High school diploma withย sัx years of professional work experience; orย
- Bachelorโs degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution withย four years of relevant professional experience Experience
- Experience working in post-conflict/emergency zones and in high-risk environment.ย
- Experience in humanitarian response or related field (operational field experience a must / emergency experience preferred).ย
- Experience in Non-Food Items and Common Pipeline programming in emergency humanitarian response is an advantage.ย
- Experience in emergency, project implementation and management, including project monitoring, distribution, field assessment, monitoring and reporting.
