Part of the Global SME Ministerial process are events and other activities carried out in the context of ITC's finance strategy. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES The Individual Contractor will work under the direct supervision of Communications and Events team. โข Provide comprehensive event development support for WEDF / SME Ministerial . โข Contribute to the coordination and marketing of ITC corporate events, with a specific focus on integrating WEDF / SME Ministerial-related topics to support research and promotion efforts. โข Conduct research on the B2B sectors/sub-sectors in the context of WEDF / SME Ministerial โข Ensure all upcoming ITC corporate events are accurately reflected in the 2026 events calendar. โข Support for development and implementation of innovative booth concepts for ITC events in 2026 โข Conduct in-depth research on trade trends and statistics to inform the development of the WEDF / SME Ministerial programme. โข Draft web announcements and promotional materials related to WEDF / SME Ministerial. โข Coordinate delegation visits to ITC, incorporating WEDF / SME Ministerial-related research and presentations. โข Assist with event participant mobilization, in particular drafting and dissemination of invitations. โข Assist with managing event participant registration processes Copyright Clause: The Individual Contractor has to ensure to have obtained the necessary permissions with regard to intellectual property rights required to perform her services under this consultancy contract and for the subsequent dissemination by ITC in any form.
