Organizations increasingly operate in multidisciplinary environments where collaboration across different fields, cultures, and regions is common. Strengthening English language proficiency with the skills needed to engage confidently in international communication, participate in cross-functional teams, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Task DescriptionTo enhance English language proficiency in order to strengthen professional and organizational effectiveness within a multidisciplinary environment. Oral Presentation in English. Prepare and deliver a structured presentation on a professional topic (vision, project, strategy), focusing on message clarity, persuasion, and body language. Leadership Role Plays Take part in simulations (team meetings, conflict management, constructive feedback) to practice assertive communication, active listening, and decision-making in English. Professional Writing Write emails, short reports, or leadership speeches in English, using an appropriate tone, precise vocabulary, and a coherent structure. Analysis and Feedback Analyze leadership speeches or situations (videos, case studies) and provide constructive feedback in English by identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
