Description of the Assignment:
The primary objective of this consultancy is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the overall legal, policy, institutional, and technological frameworks and capabilities related to TF GBV across the Western Balkans. By identifying key strengths and gaps, the assessment will inform the development of actionable recommendations to enhance regional and national responses to TF GBV. The consultancy will play a critical role in fostering a more harmonized and effective approach to combating TF GBV, supporting both preventive measures and victim support mechanisms
Period of assignment/services: 35 working days over the period March 2025 to June 2025
