PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
1. Fornecer transporte de pessoal autorizado, incluindo traduรงรฃo de conversas bรกsicas de/para o idioma portuguรชs ou local e/ou entrega de vรกrios itens/mercadorias seguindo o encaminhamento autorizado e as regras e regulamentos de seguranรงa e proteรงรฃo da ONU para garantir serviรงos seguros e eficientes.
2. Responsรกvel pela manutenรงรฃo precisa dos diรกrios de bordo do veรญculo, e relatรณrios diรกrios ao supervisor sobre o estado mecรขnico, para garantir o uso eficiente do veรญculo e o consumo de combustรญvel, apoiando uma contabilidade precisa e eficiรชncia de custos.
3.Acolher o pessoal oficial e visitantes no aeroporto ou outros pontos de entrada e fornecer assistรชncia bรกsica com vistos e formalidades alfandegรกrias para facilitar a entrada e chegada tranquila e segura aos destinos autorizados.
4. Responsรกvel por manter o veรญculo atribuรญdo limpo e em boas condiรงรตes, incluindo todos os equipamentos, a manutenรงรฃo seja feita a tempo, o veรญculo esteja totalmente equipado com as autorizaรงรตes de viagem e suprimentos necessรกrios, e quaisquer problemas mecรขnicos sejam relatados ao supervisor para garantir serviรงos seguros e eficientes.
5. Seguir as regras e regulamentos estabelecidos para entregas em campo e/ou em casos de acidente, informar imediatamente o supervisor sobre quaisquer problemas aparentes, para buscar instruรงรตes e facilitar decisรตes informativas sobre o caminho a seguir.
6. Fora das funรงรตes de conduรงรฃo, executar tarefas bรกsicas relacionadas com o escritรณrio, tais como arquivamento, fotocรณpia e manutenรงรฃo de estoques quando necessรกrio, incluindo entrega/recolha de vรกrios artigos, serviรงo de correspondรชncia, pagamento de telefone do escritรณrio e outras contas para garantir o apoio administrativo aos clientes.

- Dois ou mais anos de experiรชncia profissional como Motorista, preferencialmente numa organizaรงรฃo internacional, embaixada ou sistema da ONU com um registo de conduรงรฃo segura demonstrado. ร desejรกvel experiรชncia na conduรงรฃo de uma variedade de marcas e modelos de veรญculos, incluindo furgonetas, camiรตes e outros tipos de veรญculos motorizados.
