Mission and objectivesThe purpose of the association is to support the community through art and music, embracing diversity and promoting inclusion, with a special focus on the most vulnerable sectors of society. We organize a wide range of activities—such as workshops, classes, festivals, and concerts—open to everyone regardless of age or ability, allowing children, youth, and adults to grow both personally and professionally. Our workshops and classes for children are designed to be inclusive and accessible, with a particular focus on fostering musical and emotional development. We aim to support the comprehensive and healthy development of children by nurturing their sensitivity and perception, and strengthening their skills from an early age. This work also involves engaging families and upholding the rights of children and adolescents. We pay special attention to children with disabilities, offering programs that highlight and include their unique abilities. Through these initiatives, we aspire to build a more inclusive, aware, and welcoming community. Our project also reaches out to both local and international musicians through the development of music residencies for young artists. In collaboration with the prestigious international organization Jeunesses Musicales, we encourage a global exchange of ideas and musical experiences. This approach not only enriches our community through creativity and collaboration, but also nurtures the individual talents of each participant. By promoting cultural diversity from around the world, we demonstrate how music can serve as a bridge between different people and traditions, enhancing the lives of all involved and beyond.
ContextLa Asociación QuéMambo! se encuentra en un momento clave de crecimiento y consolidación institucional. Por ello, buscamos voluntarios/as con experiencia en planificación estratégica, redacción institucional y gestión de proyectos para acompañarnos en el diseño colaborativo de nuestro Plan Estratégico 2025–2030. Este documento definirá nuestra visión, misión y valores actualizados, así como los objetivos estratégicos por área, las líneas de acción para cada uno de nuestros proyectos, y un cronograma general de implementación. Además, incluirá recomendaciones para fortalecer nuestras alianzas, avanzar en procesos de internacionalización y garantizar la sostenibilidad de nuestras iniciativas. El plan final será presentado en formato PDF editable, acompañado de una versión resumida dirigida a financiadores y aliados. Este trabajo será una herramienta clave para orientar nuestro desarrollo a largo plazo y proyectar con claridad nuestro impacto colectivo.
Task DescriptionBuscamos 4 voluntarios/as con experiencia en planificación estratégica, redacción institucional y gestión de proyectos que nos ayuden a diseñar nuestro Plan Estratégico 2025–2030. Este plan será clave para: -Definir los objetivos a largo plazo de la Asociación. -Clarificar las áreas de crecimiento, expansión territorial y programática. -Establecer líneas claras de acción y prioridades. -Redactar una visión compartida, alineada con todos los proyectos actuales y futuros. -Contar con una herramienta sólida para buscar financiamiento internacional, alianzas estratégicas y voluntarios especializados.
