ContextIn 2025, the Regional Office implemented a wide range of communications activities, including editorial content, social media campaigns, and partnerships with UN agencies and external stakeholders. To strengthen reporting, documentation, and visibility of these efforts, ROECA is seeking Online Volunteers to support the compilation, design, and presentation of communications and media outputs. The assignment will contribute to clear, engaging, and visually compelling reporting that showcases regional achievements and partnerships throughout the year.
Task DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Regional Communications Analyst of UNV Eurasia, the Online Volunteer(s) will support the Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (ROECA) with communications reporting and visibility. ROECA is seeking three Online Volunteers to support the strengthening of the Regional Officeโs media and visibility reporting. Key Tasks: Data Design All relevant data collected for 2025 communications materials will be provided. Online Volunteers will design and visualize this data in Canva, presenting it in a clear and creative way. Visibility Reporting (2025) Compile communications and visibility reports for 2025. Summarize each communications activity into a concise one-pager. Prepare a presentation showcasing key editorial pieces from 2025, including brief summaries. Social Media Focus Summarize priority social media posts and develop social media recap materials. Prepare a report on social media collaborations with partners.
