About this position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with exceptional customer service skills. As a Corporate Services Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of activities that contribute to the efficient delivery of corporate services. Your responsibilities will span key service programs within General Services and Corporate Travel, including customer satisfaction initiatives, logistical coordination, and travel arrangements. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and the implementation of continuous process improvements.
You will work in the Travel, Security, and General Services Group, part of the Budget and Administrative Services Department (BDA). This Group is responsible for the Bank's Corporate Travel Program, the Corporate Security Program, and the provision of General Services.
What youโll do
- Assist in the management and benchmarking of key travel, security and general services, and conduct regular inspections to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality corporate services.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys related to general services and corporate travel, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance service quality and user experience.
- Assist in updating and translating internal procedures and regulations and provide logistical support for team-led initiatives such as events, information tables, and conferences.
- Support the planning and coordinating complex domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and traveler preferences.
- Liaise with internal units and external providers to facilitate travel arrangements, monitor booking quality, and address logistical needs for key business missions and events.
- Provide guidance on travel policies and procedures, prepare documentation such as travel authorizations and expense statements, and contribute to process improvements for a seamless travel experience.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders involved in high-level travel and event logistics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a smooth coordination process.
What you'll need
Education: Mastersโs degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in International Relations, Business Administration, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience at the international level.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

Type of contract and duration
-International consultant: International consultant Full-Time, up to 36 months.
