Project Context and Scope
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the administrative tasks. The candidate will support the scheduling and coordination of the Direct Assistance services (DA). The consultant is expected to carry out his/her duties in accordance with strictest moral and ethical standards and with due respect for gender and socio-cultural differences of the migrants.

PxD (Direct Assistance/Intake and Registration) Tasks to be performed under this contract ย
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings (Booking meeting rooms and ensuring necessary equipment is available).
- Facilitate internal and external communication through emails, phone calls.
- Support in the data entry of the beneficiaries into MIMOSA and RIMS system.
- Fill out IOM distributions lists with all the required information and collect the beneficiaryโs signatures on the lists.
- Support administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, managing office supplies, etc.).
- Overseeing and organizing the documentation for the newly onboarded employees.
- Providing general support to staff members.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

- Bachelorโs degree in a in a community work related field from an accredited academic institution with minimum from 1 โ 2 years of experience in the humanitarian field. Experience
- Experience in working with governmental and diplomatic authorities as well as with international organizations is an advantage. Skills
- Experience working with Excel and databases.
- Thorough working knowledge of English and Arabic, both spoken and written Languages
- Excellent knowledge in word processing and typing skills in English and Arabic.
