Have full knowledge of and comply with the Enumerator instruction manuals. Meet daily with their supervisor, or whenever required, to report any issues that may arise during work, seek support, and/or receive feedback on completed activities. Attend the training workshop and participate actively. Prepare and submit work reports as needed or officially requested. Record the number of migrants passing through previously identified flow monitoring points, Monday to Friday, between 7:00โ11:00 AM and 1:00โ4:00 PM. Conduct surveys with transiting migrant populations found at the identified flow monitoring points, which may be expanded to other cities depending on budget availability, Monday to Friday between 7:00โ11:00 AM and 1:00โ4:00 PM. Observe and supervise the fulfillment of tasks assigned to each enumerator, resolve any issues encountered, and advise on how to make necessary corrections. Support the quality assurance processes of the collected information. Ensure successful and impartial data collection, providing high-quality information for its recording and consolidation, using the technological tools previously established by IOM. Guarantee the protection and confidentiality of collected data, ensuring compliance with IOMโs Information Management standards. Support IOMโs Information Management Operations Assistants in reviewing and coding the collected information. Generate reports based on the reviewed data.
