The fundamental logic is to utilize the inherent expertise in a WHO CC for the benefit of all Member States and their populations, leaving no one behind. We are seeking to engage Online Volunteer that aims to inform external audience (especially MS) of the work and impact of the WHO CCs (and their networks), provides a platform to the work of the WHO CCs (internally and externally), including announcing new designations and sharing best practices in implementation of EPW.
Task DescriptionWe are looking for an Online Volunteer to support with developing and writing stories for our internet (and social media pages) to increase the visibility and awareness of our WHO Collaborating Centres and the work they do for and with WHO. More specifically: โข Feature stories/profiling of WHO CCs on the internet (i.e. around thematic days/publication release/corporate events) โข Develop news stories and announce new designations/re-designations on the intranet/internet โข Look at innovative ways to increase awareness and visibility of WHO CCs externally including at governing bodies meetings โข Knowledge dissemination of WHO CC work through social media incl. hashtag for WHO CCs and especially during technical meetings โข Propose updates and refreshing of the WHO CC intranet and internet pages
