Background:
1. The Fund Administration Unit provides administrative and financial support to the Mission.
2. Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Fund Administration, the incumbent is responsible for cleaning and keeping in orderly condition the premises of the Mission.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under the overall supervision of the ยซChief of Fund Administrationยป, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
1. Cleans offices, conference rooms, corridors, kitchens, toilets, walking pathways to the building and storage rooms
2. Keeps cleaning equipment clean and in working order; advises the supervisor of the need to replace identified equipment.
3. Keep record and informs the supervisor of low stocks of cleaning tools, solutions, powder, soap and related accessories. And also informs the supervisor of low stock of food supplies available for consumption by staff.
4. Water and replant office plants
5. Prepares conference rooms for a meeting, washes dishes.
6. Checks that coffee, wash, dish machines are switched off after working hours.

Necessary Qualifications:
Primary education. No particular specialised experience is required to perform the tasks assigned. The work requires knowledge of simple machine operations and use of cleaning materials/solutions. Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities; Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity; Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
Remuneration Package:
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deduction, is EUR 477 (12 times a year). OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in Turkmenistan. Social benefits will include possibility of participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund.
Appointments are normally made at Step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. In exceptional cases, an initial appointment at up to Step 3 may be considered. This depends on factors such as relevant experience exceeding minimum requirements or higher previous remuneration. Any such request by a candidate must be reviewed and approved by the OSCE before the appointment.

The mandatory retirement age at the OSCE is 65 years for contracted positions at the general service, professional and director level. The Organization shall apply an age limit of 62 years at the time of appointment as the incumbent selected is normally expected to carry out the contractual obligation of two years.
