UN Habitat plans to engage non-governmental and non-profit partners with active presence in Oromia and Somali regional states of Ethiopia, working on livelihood components, in accordance with the details in the provided documents. UN Habitat invites sealed proposal OR e-submissions from interested parties providing the requirements as defined in the Terms of Reference.
Proposals must be received by UN Habitat at the address specified not later than 1700 HRS on 20 January 2026.
