Job Overview: The Caseworker provides trauma-informed services to refugees and other ORR-eligible immigrants to support a positive integration experience and the achievement of client self-sufficiency. This position delivers individualized case management services, develops self-sufficiency plans in partnership with clients, and connects households to essential resources in the community. The Caseworker works closely with clients, colleagues, and external service providers to ensure timely access to benefits, housing, healthcare, employment, and other supports necessary for successful resettlement.

Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelorโs degree in Social Work or related field strongly preferred; comparable work experience may be substituted.Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of case management experience in a social services environment. Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations preferred.Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English required; bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, or other refugee/immigrant language preferred.Certificates or Licenses:
Valid driverโs license, active insurance policy, and access to reliable transportation. Must possess or be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card per Arizona state law.Working Environment:
A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and โfieldโ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Must be able to lift 35โ50 pounds (furniture, household supplies, food boxes).Compensation: (Pay Range: $20.16 - $20.16**)** Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates.
