Case Specialist Victim Connect

Our Victim Connect service works with victims of violent crime across Queensland. In this role, you’ll provide case management and a range of in person and online specialist supports to help them overcome the impact of experiencing violence.

In this 6 day fortnight (45.6 hrs), fixed term contract position through to mid-November 2025 (temporary leave cover), you’ll provide case management support to victims of violent crime. Based in Brisbane, you’ll be a member of our QLD Programs team and report to our Team Leader.

You’re an experienced case manager or counsellor with high levels of initiative and flexibility alongside cultural sensitivity and knowledge. You have experience in working with people who have experienced trauma and you’re able to respond calmly and effectively in complex situations. Importantly, you possess a thorough understanding of the impact of domestic violence and sexual assault and can apply that within a trauma-informed practice framework.
