Pact is inviting applications from qualified Sudanese consultants to support civil society organizations (CSOs) with organizational and technical capacity development. These short-term, part-time consultancies will play a critical role in strengthening Sudanese CSOs through capacity assessments, peer-to-peer learning, and technical trainings.

Scope of Work
Selected consultants will:
Lead organizational capacity assessments (in-person in Uganda, Kenya, and virtual).Deliver organization-wide trainings, peer-to-peer learning sessions, and one-on-one coaching.Support CSOs in developing and implementing capacity action plans.Produce reports summarizing outcomes and recommendations from sessions.Contribute to customized technical assistance, tools, and learning resources.Areas of Expertise

Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
Masterโs degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Gender Studies, Peace and Conflict, Psychology, or related disciplines)At least 3 years of professional experience in the MENA or East Africa region, particularly in fragile contextsFluency in Arabic and EnglishDemonstrated experience in organizational/capacity development for civil society actors
3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
