Contract type: Individual Contract (IC)

Duration: December 2025 – November 2026 (estimated 120 workdays)

Duty station: Yerevan, Armenia (Home-Based with occasional office visits)

Description of the Assignment: The Biodiversity Finance Plan Consultant is expected to lead the development of the Biodiversity Finance Plan (BFP), analyzing evidence-based datasets from reliable sources and applying methodologies in line with the recommendations proposed by other BIOFIN consultants (PIR, BER, FNA), as well as the guidance provided in the latest version of the BIOFIN Workbook. The Consultant will also contribute, as much as possible, to all other national BIOFIN outputs, including the PIR, BER, and FNA, and will provide relevant FNA information for incorporation into these products. In addition, the Consultant is expected to support the assessment and development of detailed feasibility studies for priority finance solutions identified in the BFP, taking into account finance-related priorities outlined in the NBSAP.
