The position of Associate Procurement and Contracts Officer resides with the Procurement and Contracts Division (CSPC) within the Corporate Services Department (CSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff.Your Role
As the Associate Procurement and Contracts Officer, you will undertake proper and efficient procurement and contracting for the Field Office Support Unit under CSD and other projects. You will work with clients for strategic procurement planning and risk mitigation. You will also support other procurement projects including capacity building and e-procurement.You will:
- Coordinate with clients for strategic procurement planning and provide advice on sourcing options, methods, timeline, supply market, potential bottlenecks, and mitigation measures.
