We are now looking forย anย Associate Bankerย to join ourย Project & Structured Financeย team.ย The team currently consists of seven bankers working on complex transactionsย primarily inย the NordicโBaltic region.ย As an Associate Banker, you will support the primary bankerย teamย throughout the transaction lifecycle and gradually take increasing responsibility for your own portfolio.ย
Our aim is for the successful candidate to start in early May, while remaining flexible for the right candidate.
Your role and key responsibilitiesย
In this role, you will work closely with experienced senior bankers and gain broad exposure to project and structured finance transactionsย within, infrastructure, renewables, etc.
Your main tasks will include:ย
ย Your profileย
Education:ย Masterโs degree (or final-year student) in finance,ย law,ย business, industrial engineering, orย a relatedย field.ย Experience:
ย 1โ3 years of relevant experience from banking, corporate finance, project finance, consulting, private equity,ย law, engineeringย or similar.ย Skills & competencies:
ย Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort with financial modelling and cash flow analysis.
ย Ability to quickly understand new business models,ย sectorsย and project structures.
ย Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex topics clearlyย and concisely.
ย High attention to detail combined with the ability to meet deadlines and manage several tasks in parallel.
ย Comfortable working under guidance from senior colleagues, yet proactive,ย curiousย and willing to take ownership of tasks.
ย Ability to work effectively across business units, building networks.
ย High degree of proactivity, resourcefulness and initiative that showsย abilityย to prioritize requirements, work with minimum supervision, and produce high quality work under pressure.
ย Fluency in English (written and spoken) isย requiredย andย fluency in a Nordic language is consideredย as a strong advantage.ย Personal qualities:
