The position of Asset Management Officer is assigned to the Institutional Services Division (CSIS)within the Corporate Services Department (CSD).
You will report to the Unit Head, Logistics Management and Managing Officer in Asset Management ServicesYour Role
As an Asset Management Officer you will manage the inventory control and storeroom operations of corporate souvenirs and executive tokens; database system maintenance, service provider contract management; review and recommend process improvements; and provide support to asset management functions including contracts administration.You will:
- Manage the daily storeroom operations for corporate souvenirs and executive tokens; implement internal controls to ensure order fulfillment and correct issuance; monitor payments; conduct regular inspection of storeroom to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
You will need:
Bachelorโs degree in business administration, accounting, engineering or related fields, preferably with advanced training. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience. Experience with inventory and asset management, audit or related fields. Leadership experience with supervisory skills. In-depth knowledge of policies and procedures in asset management including storeroom operations, procurement, corporate souvenirs and executive tokens. Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and best practices in asset management including storeroom operations, receiving and disposal. Working knowledge of an international institutionโs IT systems and computer-based applications. Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
