Bajo la supervisi贸n directa del coordinador regional del proyecto piloto en Ayacucho, el/la asistente de campo, apoyar谩 en la operaci贸n y el monitoreo del proyecto;
Responsabilidades:
- Brindar asistencia t茅cnica a los comit茅s de padres de familia, comunidad educativa y otros actores relevantes del territorio en la implementaci贸n de la modalidad subvenci贸n en las escuelas que participan, principalmente sobre la gesti贸n eficiente de los recursos, compra de alimentos locales y el cumplimiento de lineamientos de nutrici贸n, calidad e inocuidad en la gesti贸n del servicio alimentario en la escuela;
- Apoyar en las coordinaciones t茅cnicas que sean necesarias con el fin de ajustar/mejorar las operaciones de la modalidad de subvenci贸n econ贸mica del PNAEC Wasi Mikuna, incluyendo las coordinaciones con la Unidad Territorial del PNAECWM, autoridades educativas, sector salud y/u otros para contribuir en garantizar los objetivos del programa;
- Brindar asistencia t茅cnica en el uso adecuado de la subvenci贸n, asegurando la transparencia y rendici贸n de cuentas en la gesti贸n de los fondos;
- Dise帽ar y/o ajustar los documentos de gesti贸n necesarios para optimizar el funcionamiento de la modalidad de alimentaci贸n escolar, asegurando su eficacia y alineaci贸n con los objetivos del programa;
- Vigilar la calidad de los productos, su manipulaci贸n, servido y destino de los productos residuales a trav茅s de visitas peri贸dicas a las escuelas seleccionadas para evaluar la implementaci贸n ( diariamente ), identificar desaf铆os y proponer mejoras, documentando los avances en informes t茅cnicos;
- Vigilar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Pr谩cticas de manipulaci贸n, almacenamiento e higiene y saneamiento de los servicios de alimentaci贸n.
- Facilitar las actividades de registro de beneficiarios;
- Apoyar en la elaboraci贸n y preparaci贸n de reportes, considerando los instrumentos proporcionados por RAM (Research, Assessment and Monitoring) y brindar recomendaciones de mejora; Seguimiento y monitoreo a las actividades del proyecto, incluyendo el ingreso de informaci贸n en aplicativos internos;
- Incorporar los lineamentos de la pol铆tica corporativa referidos a igualdad de g茅nero en todas sus actividades;
- Apoyar en otras tareas afines del 谩rea requeridas por la Representante;
