DUTIES:
ย Discuss the objectives, requirements, and budget of a project. Consult with other professionals about the design and building. Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client. Advise clients on the practicality of their project. Produce detailed working drawings and specification for IITA projects. Specify the nature and quality of materials required for a project. Prepare tender documents and presentation. Prepare documents for planning and building with control. Project management and supervision of contractors. Resolve construction related problems. Managing project, work in progress, and ensuring that the project is running on time and no budget. Perform any other duty as may be directed by the Supervisor.Requirements
QUALIFICATION:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย
HND/BSc in Architecture or related field with a minimum of four (4) years\u2019 experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
