Position Overview

Pact is recruiting Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) Adviser for a forthcoming youth livelihoods project entitled Skills for Youth Employability, Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in Kingdom of Eswatini (S4YEEE). The purpose of S4YEEE is to support the youth, women and other disadvantaged groups, by enhancing skills through market-driven vocational education and training, and alliances with the private sector, for employability and self-employment. The GSI Adviser will be responsible to identify and integrate best practices and approaches to promote gender equality and social inclusion within the project. This will include working to ensure equal numbers of men and women enter supported TVET programs as trainees; working to promote the full participation and success of disadvantaged populations; and developing and implementing a funding window within the projectโ€™s small grants fund to promote GSI.
