Description of the Assignment: The purpose of the assignment is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure the efficient implementation of UNODC projects in Angola. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assist with day-to-day operations, organizing meetings and events, managing documentation and correspondence, supporting procurement and travel arrangements, and maintaining effective communication with national counterparts, service providers, and UNODC staff, thereby contributing to the smooth execution and timely delivery of project activities.

Scope of Work

The scope of work entails providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure the effective and timely implementation of project activities. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support in administrative operations and event coordination. The role also involves maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders, supporting document preparation and translation, and assisting in data collection and reporting. The incumbent is expected to perform all tasks in accordance with UNODC procedures, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with organisational standards.

Period of assignment/services: 146 Working Days
