ContextThe Online Volunteer will gain a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in government, policymaking, and citizen engagement as the presentation itself introduces global best practices and insights in AI for governance. They will also have the chance to connect with the Communications Analyst at UNDP Kuwait, gaining insights into how graphic design enhances communication materials, while strengthening their portfolio with a professional-level assignment for an international organization. The volunteer wil: • Reproducing the English PowerPoint design in Arabic. • Integrating the provided Arabic translation into the slides. • Ensuring correct alignment, readability, and formatting for Arabic text (right-to-left orientation). • Preserving the overall visual identity, graphics, and style of the original English version. Deliverables • One Arabic PowerPoint presentation (37 slides) fully adapted from the English version. Duration & Timeline • Expected duration: 1 week from the date of receiving the translation and English slides. • The assignment is expected to require approximately 10-12 hours of work.
Task DescriptionWe are looking for 1 Online Volunteer who under the guidance of the Governance Programme Associate and in close collaboration with the Communications Analyst support us by creating an Arabic Power point presentation. In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to adapt the 37 slides of an English powerpoint presentation to Arabic. The design/layout should follow the English version design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteer in advance.
